I am mainly doing this to see if it will help with Gyno, and I think it is working. My left side sucks, it seems to be getting smaller and pointing towards the side a little bit instead of hanging in front. It seems to have gotten smaller.
Thanks for all the advise guys. I am going to stick to .4 for a few more days and then go to .45. I am not sure what the best dose is for fighting gyno? I am assuming even if I stay on .4 it will help.
I slept last night earlier then normal. Woke up earlier then normal and had huge bouts of energy. I just did a PR on my deadlift, went on to do bent over rows, pullups, lat pulldowns, shoulder shrugs, decline situps, planks and sideplanks. After I was done with all this I still had energy and want to jump rope. I am amazed at the energy. I finished at 6pm it is now 9pm and I am raging with energy went outside to jump rope usually after doing all this I would be dead tired by now, still have energy after jumping rope.
