Ok Well dumb girl said I wasn't a bodybuilder because I never competed. They are having a small local NABBA show and bench press contest the same day. I want to do both the same day no dehydration or dieting. Not planning to cut an ounce basically want to add weight between now and then especially in legs now training them twice a week. They are small but teardrop and vascularity can be seen. Goal is to not embarrass myself not get last and set a new PB bench same day. Can I realistically do a local level show at this size? Plan is to try and add weight in legs between now and Feb 7 which is only open to local residents. Then make improvements for the April Show as again only locals. Basically time to find out if I am delusional or not.
