just finished my first DC blast.

did 405 on incline smith for 14 almost 15 reps rest pause.

previous best was only 365 for same reps.

heres one from about a month ago at the end of my ME bench session with bands. it's 405 with 200 pounds of band tension so roughly 605 at lockout.

Because I didn't bring my barbell jack with me to the gym today. I was to lazy to put plates on the ground without my jack. Yeah I probably would have gotten another rep if I started from the ground, the walkout was a pita.

I don't compete in powerlifting or bodybuilding, I am just an iron junkie who loves lifting, I would like to compete in one or the other someday, but I have a long ways to go
