So today was my first day back in the gym after 2 weeks off. My wife had to go to Texas for work and I tagged along to have a little mini vacation for a week. The day after we got back I started a new job at a last chance high school. So I’m on dayshift now and I struggle a bit with change so getting my eating and training in a new schedule gives me some anxiety. Finally got my ass moving and meal prepped last night and hit push day today. Not only did the layoff not cost me any strength, but weight or reps were up on every exercise except for hammer strength shoulder presses. I think partly that the immense and painful pump I had in my delts by that point made it difficult. Starting to get some occasional hand numbness, and definitely some lower back pumps from the gh, but the pump at the gym and even for hours after has been stupidHow's everything still going with the log?
