Tesofensine Vs. Tirzepatide

Don't think there is any real tesofensine on the market right now, so semaglutide and tirzepatide are the best thing.
 
tesofensine gave me crippling insomnia. it's also an SNRI (similar to SSRI) so I'd tread lightly. tirz is much safer IMO
 
I like semaglutide/tirzepatide + canagliflozin for cutting. I dont think there is any better or easier option.
 
I tried Tesofensine which did absolutely nothing for appetite. I did, however, feel pretty good on it.

Never tried Tirzapetide but will say Semaglutide is amazing for appetite reduction.
 
I just maked Tesofensine,but didn't try it , for my customer I will try it and stock it
 
I’ve used both. Tesofensine worked for me but gave me a slamming headache.

SEMA is legit and works really well without any sides…just straight appetite reduction helping during cutting phase.
 
I lost 100lbs on Sema, then was recommended to go to Tirz when I plateaued. It didn't break my plateau. Now that I have been off of both for a few weeks, I am going to give Sema another try. I'm also taking 250/week Test as TRT, and 3 iu of HGH daily. I am doing daily cardio, weights 4 times a week rotating body parts. I feel great, but not losing anymore. I am maintaining a 2000 caloric intake daily, 6 meals a day, at 44% carb, 17% fats, 39% protein.

Actually, and this is coming from someone who never worked out in their life, I got my first pump yesterday. Holy crap. I broke threw the wall and did another 6 reps at the highest weight I have used so far. Felt F'in AWESOME. Now I see what you are all talking about. I actually felt something where my bicep should be, and it wasn't a tumor. ;)

Man 100lbs is awesome, how long did that take you? Mind sharing what you were at and what weight you're trying to get down to? I did not see the highlighted part in your post but mysteriously it popped up when I quoted you?? Also for how long have you been stagnant and does that coincide with anything new you are taking, like medication or the upping test and growth? Also age? If you're nailing your diet and staying consistent at the gym I don't see why or how Tirz could benefit you. Also do you get bloodwork done and had your hormones checked by chance?
