I am no pro, but saw no one replied so I will give my 2 cents. You're young and at that height/weight have plenty of potential to grow with natural supplements, training and food. You can look into all the natural supplements that raise testosterone, but your numbers are solid for being natty. To increase Free T you can take 10mg of Boron 1x/day, I have low Free T and I take that. Whether it helps or not, haven't tested it but have heard a lot of people talk about it. As far as estrogen, might have to do with diet/stress. Again if you are not taking anything than its something you are doing naturally that has it that high.
