Postworkout combo fried rice and pork egg rolls from the oldest Chinese restaurant in Dallas.
I pretty much eat the same thing too. Makes it easyMy diet is always abysmal..
Breakfast is always :
8 oz milk.. 8 oz water.. 1 banana.. 1/2 cup oats.. big scoop of milk whey egg protein.. 1 to 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter.. 10 oz coffee vits and minerals
Today's lunch was steak and some fried rice.. 12 diet Dr pep
Mid day was premier protein carton and a banana and diet Dr pep..
Dinner was homemade pizza diet coke and some water.
Before bed another protein shake with an apple and a Reeses peanut butter cup
This is typical.. I didnt workout this evening but that wouldn't change much of the food..

It's been probably a year since I've had a Blizzard and with the limited edition flavors it was time. Went with peanut butter cookie dough in a small because I always eat the whole thing and my stomach isn't ready for a large yet!
