What are we really eating...???

Postworkout combo fried rice and pork egg rolls from the oldest Chinese restaurant in Dallas.

My diet is always abysmal..
Breakfast is always :
8 oz milk.. 8 oz water.. 1 banana.. 1/2 cup oats.. big scoop of milk whey egg protein.. 1 to 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter.. 10 oz coffee vits and minerals

Today's lunch was steak and some fried rice.. 12 diet Dr pep

Mid day was premier protein carton and a banana and diet Dr pep..

Dinner was homemade pizza diet coke and some water.

Before bed another protein shake with an apple and a Reeses peanut butter cup

This is typical.. I didnt workout this evening but that wouldn't change much of the food..

I pretty much eat the same thing too. Makes it easy

I eat essentially

breakfast:
Rare sirloin
Potato’s O’Brien
Shredded cheese
With a sunny side egg on top in a bowl

Then lunch and dinner is the same as breakfast except ground beef and no egg with protein shakes between those meals

Same damn things every day

It's been probably a year since I've had a Blizzard and with the limited edition flavors it was time. Went with peanut butter cookie dough in a small because I always eat the whole thing and my stomach isn't ready for a large yet!

No picture, bit I had a frosted animal cookie blizzard after my chicken and asparagus.

Some times a small is all you need brother. Especially when you can have it whenever you want.
 
My doctor said I have blood and protein in my urine so I’m not allowed to drink protein shakes until they figured out what’s going on. It’s obvious to me my kidneys are compromised from decades of high blood pressure and AAS abuse but they want to keep testing me. Anyway, I eat all food meals now and I feel so much healthier. I’m beginning to think having 4-10 protein drinks a day was poisoning me. I always felt like I was dying. Now I feel great!

Here is my current diet:

Meal 1: fat free cottage cheese with hot sauce on top and mixed nuts on top of that.

Meal 2: 2 Oikos triple zero non fat Greek yogurts with frozen pieces of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mangos, bananas.

Meal 3: 10 nuked egg whites, 4 slices dry Dave’s 21 grain toast.

Meal 4: air fryer chicken breast and steamed rice with salsa.

Meal 5: fat free cottage cheese and mixed nuts with hot sauce.
 
lol, I’m healthy/bodybuilding style meals like 95% of the time they just aren’t as exciting looking pics being egg whites, chicken and veggies
I was gonna ask how you got away with eating like this all the time lol
