What do I need to bring up?

Want to compete in Men's Physique next year 2013. Currently trying to put on some lean mass, and would like critiques on what I should bring up during my 1 year off season.

Pictures here are: 5'8'' 175@8ish% but holding excess water from GHRP/GHRH.

Want to come in next year around 180@5% dry

And I will just make the 5'8'' height class, so Ill be the tallest in the class.
