I got this off of an online pharamcy site.
Clenbuterol is a prescribed asthma medication which is catabolic to fat and anabolic to muscle. Clenbuterol is not a steroid hormone but a beta-2-symphatomimetic.
Clenbuterol works very effectively as a fat burner. It does this by slightly increasing the body temperature.

Many athletes also claim that they enjoyed significant gains in muscle mass while using clenbuterol. There is no doubt that clenbuterol has an anabolic effect in animals but there are, though, no scientific evidence this also is true in humans. The same goes for the strong anticatabolic effect of clenbuterol, meaning it decreases the rate at which protein is reduced in the muscle cell, consequently causing an enlargement of muscle cells.

Has anybody ever used this, is it any good?
 
yes clen is a great drug. search button will answer any and all of your future questions about it.
 
Clen is a headache pill for me

I used them, but all I get is lean with a migrane

if i go near 200mcg's i get the migranes. under that i am pretty good.
 
I like to use it post cycle - for it's anti-catabolic effects.

I get migrains over 50 mcg at a pop! I spread out dosages throughout the day.
 
how much clen....

How much clen can a person use before it becomes overkill ? In most articles they suggest 20-120 mcg for fat loss however if a person took 200 mcg...would they get a greater effect?
 
Alot of people get the headaches. Just not a good drug for some. I dont do it because I get horrible shakes, cramps, and feel like crap in general-all spaced out and weird.
Its a beta2-agonist just as Ephedra is. But the half life FAR exceeds Eph-its like 24-36hrs compared to 4-6hrs. Thats why it downgrades the receptore so quickly. I would say its anabolic as much as it is anti-catabolic. Amounts to alot of the same thing, but as Xcel said good for PCT.
 
I've never tried clen and the reason is this. Over the counter Thermogenics RIP my neverous system apart like I am going to speed into a heart attack or something. I go crazy. I once left the gym and tried to make it home, but my heart was racing so fast I had to pull over and puke. I was never that scared in my life. That is why i kissed my best friend cocaine goodbye, lol, just kiddin.

But seriously if clen does anything comparible to thermo's I am staying the fuck away from it. I bought me a treadmill, lol. At least I can control the speed of my heart rate that way. GO way up, stop, go way up, stop.

I always ask someone who is ready to try clen-how they react to normal stimulants (ephedra). If they have trouble with them, chances are great they will have real problems with clen.
 
I like clen - and have used it many times. Use to give me headaches when I took it with higher dose T3 (above 50mcg), but alone or with low dose T3 I have no issues.

I think I have developed a tolerance to it as well, so for me to feel the usual clen side effects I need to be on about 200mcg a day. Below that and I don't feel much anymore. Simple advice with Clen is to start low (20mcg) and ramp up and see how you are doing with it. I cycle it 2 weeks on/2 weeks off (sometimes with ketotifen as well).

Pitbull was correct from what I can remember. i think the Kiwi was using clen and insulin together and getting good results.
 
do you guys take clen before training? Any specific time? I know when your dosages start to get up there you spread it out through the day, but I'm going to be using clen for the first time and am starting out at 20mcg's.

The half life of clen is 2 days, so is t3's. Since it does have such a long half life it doesn't really matter what time it's taken. I usually just take it in the morning. Because of the long half life, the common dosage schedule of 2 days on 2 days off doesn't really make any sense because even though you may not have taken the clen on the 2 off days, it is still in your system and therefore still acting on the receptors, so you're not getting any receptor down time with this method. The two week on, two week off regimine is how it should be done.
 
I take all my clen in the morning - usually at once, because of the half life as BBJ mentioned. BTW, the long half life of clen is why it was not approved by the FDA for use in the US - albuterol was because of this.

I try and take it 2x ED and avoid too close to bedtime. Since I workout first thing in morning, first time is prior to working out. Splitting the dosage up helps me with the headaches.
 
Clenbuterol is a fantastic drug.

I am able to stay stong and lean in between cycles with clenbuterol.
 
Just because a drug has a half life of 2 days.......does not mean that you don't need to space it.

You should be more concerned with the Active life and go by that accordingly.
 
Nobody said you shouldn't space it. If it helps with the headaches, like Xcel said, then of course, you should do whatever works best for you. As far as effectiveness, or for stimulating receptors, there is no benefit in spacing out the doses.
