All other days
3x80 grams cous cous or 4x60 grams depend on a day
Protein around 250-300
Fats traces plus omegas every few day some eggs
Protein: whey hydro , white fish , turkey
Fruits how i feel

Training 3x week ppl

Gear 35mg sust day
50mg tbol
2iu gh before bed

Liver protectant nac

Cardio so far 2x20 minutes a week will be up if needed

2 weeks have past and physique became much denser weight almost not changed 99.5 on 3rd day of lower carbs so after today refeed gonna be a bit more.
 
How long of a tbol cycle have you been on? How has it affected your bloodwork?
 
I just literally started over 2 weeks ago. I think not much as it is only compound i take next to low dose test. Duration not gonna be crazy either. 6-8 weeks as I am doing mini cut.
 
Mini cut is over- time to go back to second part of my bulk. Weight is 99.9
Diet so far was
Meal 1 hydrolisate
Meal 2 eggs with cheedar and ham
Meal 3 60 gram cous cous with 250 gram fish and pineapple
Meal 4, 5 250 gram fish 60 gram cous cous pineapple and skyr
Meal 6 some meat with veggies and fruit for dessert
Gear was 50mg tbol 35mg sust 2iu gh daily
 
Diet for next 8 weeks
5-6x day 100 gram of carb product with 40-50 protein in a meal and 10 gram of fat
A lot of fruits
Creatine is back
Training the same 3xweek
Gear -200 test 300 npp week
2iu gh day
 
First week after mini cut - weight 102.5
Carbs back to 100 gram per portion
Gear - again 300mg npp week 250 test 2iu gh day
Another 6 weeks of bulk later after 4 week maintenance mini cut. Rinse and repeat.
 
I have 8 weeks till my summer holidays. Just to make it easier for the body to cope with heat i want to drop few kgs.
Back to my diet : carbs only from fruits- once per week- saturdays i will load lot of carbs in last meal.-500-600 carbs.
Gear wise: as simple and healthy as possible :500 mg test and 2iu gh. In last two, three weeks probably will add some clen and that is it. Time to get peeled again.
 
Starting weight 101.0 very lean

That is how i will usually eat for the next few weeks. Once a week I will have starchy carb refeed if i will need it.
 
Carbs will be around 100 gram day only from fruits- 🍇 this approach works best for me. Only exception is one powerade during workout but this is as far as I will go. The lower I will go with carbs the better rebound I will have and this is exactly what I have in my mind as I am planning things ahead. No starches in cutting phase will make amazing effect when I will add them later. Today was push session and my meal postworkout was 500 gram fish with 200 gram pineapple. Then nap before work and I woke up very fresh. From now on I decides to add 1iu gh an hour before gym for better fatloss.
