It’s really good for getting pliability back in the area when it’s healed over and really decreases the tenderness / pain. lol definitely don’t hit it before it’s healed! I should have clarified.

You’re in the home stretch now Fleezy. At least the adenoma is in the rear view now. I’ve had a few surgeries and am an open book, if you have any questions or whatever feel free to DM me or reply here.

John Meadows had surgery around 2005 and it resulted in him losing feeling in his abdominals. By the time he won his pro card he had got it back and when Dave Palumbo interviewed him after his win the only thing he could attribute to getting back sensation in his abs was growth hormone.

I have a fairly large chunk of my mid abdomen where I can feel pressure but no pain/regular sensation. You could literally stab me and I won't feel anything.

So you can’t activate the muscles at all?

No physical sensation, I can fully activate (now). That being said though I had to do gobs of neurological patterning work post surgery to get everything firing again properly.

I will say activation did not come back fully though, everything contracts but I have issues with my obliques being able to contract fully.
