With these workout numbers u def need more time building a solid base of strength. I wouldn't advise tren this early

Post a front and rear relaxed shot at least once a week. Last one was on 1-12-24

Yes Sir, will do that!Stop running for a while and walk on treadmill at an incline if shins allow it or do stationary bike or elliptical. Also increase cardio time from 30min to 40 min.
