Depends haha, I use to measure 5'10 when I was younger at the doc, lately when competing I've been measuring in at 5'9.5+ so I'm going to aim for that weight group. Which is 197lbs at the amateur level
I asked because I've seen a couple (novice category) where they thought they were very close but good to go. Then on check in they were just ever so slightly under the other direction. Hard lessons learned I'm sure.
Today's update, staying strong currently 7 weeks out. Just added tren ace @ 200mg EW this week to my current test p/ masteron combo. Today's pump was solid, the qtropin really keeps me full. Crazy pumps in a deficit.
Heading into 6 weeks out from the show, fully depleted in the morning check in shots. Feeling good overall, my dumb ass got sun burnt pretty bad yesterday. Hopefully the qtropin helps my skin heal quick.

Currently 39 days out or 5ish weeks. Feeling good and full but lean, think im ahead of schedule but no time to step off the gas. Gotta kill it.at nationals.
It's interesting you seem to lose fat/water from your face and back much faster than your front. I am the polar opposite; my face fat/water and back fat is the last to go.
I wouldn't say that tbh, it's a mixture of I got a really bad sun burn the day before on my front side only and arms to the point they blistered which caused massive fluid retention because thats how your body heals and an inflammatory response.
Also I was very overweight as a kid and have loose skin on my abdomen so it never gets that peeled look. If I pull the skin down you see all my serratus shredded, etc.it is what it is, I refuse to get surgery and I don't want to be a mass monster and blow out my waist to fill it out.

Heading into 32 days out or 4ish weeks. The fatigue in the gym is setting in finally as I push calories further down. The Qtropin is for sure helping me not drop muscle during this prep, much heavier and fuller than my last show in October 2020.
Looking fucking great dude! You have super wide clavicles, at least from the way the pictures look. How low are your cals and what is Justin doing with your diet? Carb cycling still? How low does he keep the fats?

Thanks , I appreciate it a lot. He just lowered my cals and Fats dramatically this week since we entered 4 weeks out. Still carb cycling, 1 low, 5 medium, 1 high. I had a good amount of added fat on my low day before but he removed added fat from low and medium days this week. Low day is all veggies carbs now, medium is about 105g of carbs and high is 650g carbs. I'd say averaging to about 2000-2200 calories
Little bit frustrated and excited. Got a promotion/new job I've been interviewing for since March. Unfortunately I'll be starting June 10th, they didn't seem too keen on me taking 3 days off for Jr Nats. I may have to postpone and do the USAs in July, annoyed but happy. Really what a job I've been looking for. Anyhow this morning felt pretty dry.
