Weight 104,8
Calories increased by adding another shake of gainer. Still very lean. Today day off from work so i expect tomorrow hit 105 kg barrier. This will be my biggest at that bodyfat level. High test it is really amazing in terms of results-side. Feel dbol already - feeling good factor at only 20 mg day.
 
Weight 105.1 just as I tought. Day off from training today.
 
Training was amazing all weights on lifts were so so easy. Need to cut down meat consumption as I feel digestion suffer. Sample of diet based on todays day:
Training
Meal 1 shake 70 carbs 40 protein 10 fats 2 bananas
Meal 2 300 gram sweet potatoes 200 gram beef pineaple
Meal 3 350 sweet potatoes 150 gram turkey banana 30 gram isolate
Meal 4 gainer 70 carbs 40 protein 10 fats
Meal 5 and 6 100 gram oats banana 150 gram turkey
Meal 7 4 eggs 2 wholemeal toast with jam halo top

Very tough shift last evening. Left knee is killing me. Last shift today and i am off for 3 weeks. Cant wait. I am really tired but i dont give a shit i will have a can of monster when i will get to work and will be for sure not go crazy tonight. Zero apetite today so it will be low carb day -around 250-300 grams.
 
Weight 105.0 Arms day tomorrow day off. My cat woke me up after 6 so here i am sitting in my kitchen drinking coffee and packed for gym. It will be easier to eat more meals as well due to more time till evening. Humapro already in the system. Gym should be empty on Sunday morning. Win win situation. Time to go.
 
It looks like i am getting only drier now. Weight is not changing at all but i looks leaner. Probably water retention went down. Face is still lean. On 600 mg test and 200 mg npp and 30 mg dbol with no Ai. in a past i was water buffalo but something happened once i got older. Looks like i am dealing better with test. Dont know is the reason for it is that I was keeping myself so lean for years or i was so lean as i nailed the diet which i eat now but more. Probably diet but i am amaze still from the response i have. And no hair loss. I still use the same test as I have some leftovers from past. So underdosed gear is out of equation. Usually once you get older you response worse. Not my case.
 
Weight 106.2 Finally after few days off i crossed the barrier of 106 kg. Those days when my only activity is gym will allow me to progress as those calories are not wasted but going directly to grow. Today is off day so cardio done now coffee and hour later food.
 
Weight 105.8
Back day. Strength going up. Decent pump even on empty stomach. Lot of beef today. I meeting a friend in the afternoon in steakhouse so I am really looking forward to that. Gym was a little busy. Weird cause usually at 9 o clock is really empty but i was able to do all I wanted.
 
Weight 106.2 Chest day. Hammer press incline barbell press , dumbells flys , machine press and cable crossover. Strenght went up on all exercises. On a bad note my knees letting me know that I am heavier then usual.
 
Weight today 107.1. Yesterday i added 250 mg prop in one shot. It didnt made any sense that being on holiday eating same amount of calories but using less energy i stopped growing. So my bet is that i need to up the gear. Next few days will tell me if I was right.
 
From today will up the test 250 mg eod. Dbol is 4x a day 10 mg. Npp stays where it is 200 mg week for joints. Testosterone is main factor of growth. Carnitine still 400 mg day. Still very lean.
 
Weight today 107.0 Shoulders and quads day. Another 250 mg prop later with carnitine straight after workout plus dbol. This year i am chasing numbers on scale. My skin on abs is very thin so i dont need to worry, just eat a lot of clean food to the point i struggle with eating. No knees pain today - and good cause i will not stop. I want to walk on daily basis at 250 lbs lean. I already gained 17 lbs which i think is great result looking how advanced I am. Probably i am not far now on maxing out on gear only but hey- that is the whole point of doing it. Get to my maximum potential.

Weight today 108.1. It looks like i was right about too little gear. Lesson learned- if you already want to puke eating dinner number 56 and you trained so hard that when you leave the gym you see ambulance outside and not gaining- up the gear fool !!

Today for the first time i felt really heavy on my legs. I felt like i am going in slow motion during my cardio. But I am gonna do what I said I will. Until I hit 110 kg I will keep pushing and then I will go to maintenance for a bit. Will also swap npp to primo to hardened tissue with still high carb diet.

Back day. Pinned 200 mg npp today dbol 40 mg day. Have two weeks to finish of my holiday and regarding if i will hit weight target or not I will go to maintenance phase. Npp and dbol will be replaced by primo. Carbs will be around 400-500 for a few weeks. Around may june i will start cut or rather recomp.
 
In last few days apetite went to zero. Was not able to eat. So i dropped dbol and just gonna cruise for 6 weeks on 250 mg test week. Once apetite will be restored i will up the test will add also primo. For now weight is 106.6 after water drop from gear. Diet is still gonna be the same-high carb. This year is not gonna be about cutting. It will be year when i will want to be shredded and as big as I was on dbol npp. There is plenty of time to do it. If all gonna be ok I will say on 1st of Jan- new year new me 😁😁
 
One month till my last competition. Decided to do this yesterday. I am condition wise just fine so before I will retire I wanna do it one last time. 14th May- classic bodybuilding.
Diet
Rotation one day 50 gram carbs one day 300 and so on. Protein 300 fat maximum 40 grams day. Simple but this my plan. I am coaching myself.
Gear 200 primo week
200 prop week
50 var day
Clen 50 mcg two weeks 100 mcg next two weeks. Inject dropped in last ten days. Will double primo to compensate for lost of short ester of prop in last week. Will add proviron too on last few days.
