Does anyone have a way to reduce the ache/pain associated with PGE-1 use?

I suffer from psychological PD (performance anxiety) and use PGE-1 as a way to guarantee a great performance in bed with no worries of going soft.

It's amazing stuff and allows me to be a porn star for hours on end, but the pain I get 20-30 mins after injection can at times become too painful and prevent me from finishing.

I have read that this is caused by the pH of PGE-1 itself being too acidic so the pain is not from the actual erection but rather the drug. How would I go about changing the pH? Is there something else I could add to the mix?

In the past I would get that pain too .i lowered my dose and the pain is non existent now .i still stay hard about an hour so lowering my dose didn't effect my performance at all

I have yet to try a lower dose bc I worried it would prevent me from getting as hard. At 100mcg I am rock solid for 4 hours. Would a lower dose just shorten the amount of time I stay hard without reducing the quality of the erection? Would 50mcg yield the same erection with less pain and for a shorter duration?

I'm well aware that 100mcg is a pretty high dose, especially since I am able to achieve erection with no ED drugs at all, it's just the mental aspect for me with a woman.

I guess I should try 30, 40, 50mcg etc and see how I respond at those doses. I didn't realize that a higher dose caused more pain.

I read about these doses and am amazed. I just need 5-6 iu and I'm rock hard for at least an hour.

Maybe if you dilute if with extra bacteriostatic water it wouldn't be so bad?
Lidocaine would numb the injection pain but also reduce penile sensitivity kind of defeating the purpose.

You are definitely dosing too much. Try lower doses and you should get similar results with less pain involved. I have never used it down below but have used it in multiple body parts pre workout. This stuff can really ache. If you think your penis is bad try dosing it in your calves or quads

Yesterday I dropped the dose to 60mcg and was rock hard for 3 hours with less pain. I also diluted it with .5ml of bac water but that didn't seem to help as the pain was still uncomfortable. I was able to give my lady friend a good hour long pounding with no loss of erection at all so I will continue to lower the dose until the pain lessens but I remain hard.

Is there a downside to using this stuff everyday? I know it should not be used more than once in 24 hours, but how about number of times in a week?

If you use it everyday there is a chance you can build up scar tissue in your penis .make sure you alternate sides and use different spots to inject if you are going to use it every day .

I have been using pge-1 for about 4 years now .i have not built up a tolerance at all.the only time I change my dose is when I use a different source. Some sources pge-1 is stronger than others no matter what the label says .i have used as little as 12mcg from one source and as much as 44 mcg from another .

TplusR- As Mike stated you just need to rotate and use some common sense. However if you inject this stuff everyday you will definitely build up a mental problem in regards to definitely always needing it. You mention you suffer from perfomance anxiety so why don't you try and overcome that. PGE-1 is amazing and gets rid of your anxiety but do you really want to be injecting it every time you want sex for the rest of your life? I guarantee your performance anxiety will only worsen the more you use PGE-1 for the times you don't have it around. Even rotating with tadalafil may be a better option. Although that still isn't solving the real problem and you will still feel like you need to take/inject something to have sex.

That's great to know... well sort of Obviously if you are hard for that long there will always be some pain/ache but at least it is bearable now.

That's good to hear .i couldn't imagine using those high doses of 100mcg that you were using .just thinking about it sounds painful .thanks for listening to us and lowering your dose .im sure sex is much more enjoyable now without that painful erection .

I have a little experiment for you Try dosing about 10-20mcg in each bi-cep before training them. Obviously it's up to you and you want to save your supply for the good stuff. I am just curious how you respond to it.
