So I have lowered my dose to 20mcg and the pain is almost non-existent until after being hard for about an hour.....I stay rock hard for about 2 hours at which point the pain is mild but still bearable. What a relief!

I have a little experiment for you Try dosing about 10-20mcg in each bi-cep before training them. Obviously it's up to you and you want to save your supply for the good stuff. I am just curious how you respond to it.

How much of the potency could be altered/ruined from this?

In theory freezing should ruin or significantly degrade the PGE-1 as it is very fragile. However in practice this doesn't seem to be case. I have heard of a few stories from guys doing similar and they still got results. The only way to find out is to try it at your normal dose. I think it should be ok so good luck with everything.

I froze my first batch before I knew that refrigerating it was fine, and it did not destroy it. It was fine after thawing

That's great to know. So much of what I post comes from studies or what I've heard. Water expands when frozen so it would make since that a long peptide chain like myostatin hmp that I believe has over 700 amino acids linked together would be pulled apart once the water expansion takes place from freezing it. Many peptides are less than ten amino acids. Maybe they are small enough to not be effected.
PGE1 is synthesized from an omega 6 fatty acid.

You could always try the peptide PT141. Where Cialis works by increasing blood flow, PT141 helps with the electrical signals needed for arousal and orgasm (and it works for women too).

They isolated it from MT2 after discovering that MT2 gave men random erections. PT141 can be frozen and thawed without damaging it. It takes about 3 to 4 hours to kick in, for me at least, and then the effects last for 2 days. It is a perfect accompaniment for Cialis since they both have the same delay time and length of function.

Be careful, though, it also increases desire as well as the pleasure achieved at orgasm.

Cialis kills me for days. Bonet but terrible debilitating heartburn

The clinic had to call 911. No joke. They came in with a caverjet and shot this shit into my penis and it must have went right into my blood stream. Within minutes, I felt dizzy, then puked, light headed, stood up and collapsed. My BP dropped to almost nothing. Almost killed me. Doctor said it must have went directly into a vein. The amazing part? After this little twenty minute episode, my dick had a full on rock hard erection.

I am actually tempted to try it again, but there is an outside chance I just do not react well and it was not a vein I hit. The male clinic would not allow me to try again.

Holy shit sounds terrifying. Did they inject into a vein?

I have been using pge-1 for about 4 years now .i have not built up a tolerance at all.the only time I change my dose is when I use a different source. Some sources pge-1 is stronger than others no matter what the label says .i have used as little as 12mcg from one source and as much as 44 mcg from another .

Just as a note, pge1 doesn't degrade when frozen after reconstituting for upwards of 2 years up to minus 80.
And in powder form 5 years.

It degrades fastest above 15c according to the lab that supplies us.
