Yeah might be up to 300 now. I've been married for the past year so my contentment being soft in pursuit of a new all time size/weight has allowed me to stuff my face full of as many carbs and sugars as I want everyday

My best pull-ups with 90lbs is 7 reps but that was around 210bw. I was 233 at the gym this morning. Will stick to Pulldowns and just throw these in once every 4-8 weeks for fun.

2nd set with just 45lbs felt good

Added a 25 to the pin stack hammer row. This one felt real good too

I love doing the chins up then proceed into pulldowns. Makes the weight feel light.

Kinda like deadlift into rows.

Use to always deadlift with no straps.
So I do like a under/over grip better. U can just pull the slack out better I feel.

Tried it with straps today. Felt brutal. Deff won't be doing that again lol

Damn bro!!! We are deadlifting tomorrow. I was the same for years no straps. I got really bad tendinitis in both elbows a few years back so I try and use my versa grips on most my heavy pulling exercises. Was that 585?

That’s awesome! Dumbbell Rows have been a staple for me on and off over the years. Going to need to throw them in with my Son at some point too. Thanks for sharing
