Hello PM board,
Been an avid reader of this board for 2 years now. I created this profile because I want to start a log here to spark great conversation about ideas, concepts, and applications of them in terms of becoming the best bodybuilder we can be.
Without further ado here are my stats
-Height: 6'1"
-Stage weight: 208 (2023) 195 (2022)
-Current weight: 248 this AM
-Years competing/training:
20 years of lifting weights
10 years not knowing what I was doing
8 years competing in strongman at a National level
2 years of bodybuilding both in the classic division
- where at currently
7 Weeks post show, began the first week of an official offseason last week.
- goals for this offseason
Gain as much muscle as possible, I have given myself 5 more years of competing before I pull the plug and put my focus on other passions.
- current training
Chest triceps upper back x2/wk
Back biceps forearms and side delts x2_wk
Legs x2/wk 1 quad dominant 1 posterior chain dominant
- Current diet
Carv cycling with Justin Harris
2 high days 1100c/0 added fat/240p
2 medium days 600c/40f/300p
1 low day 360c/52f/300p
Cardio 3 12 min HIT sessions/wk and 10k steps/day
- Current pharma
Current plan is to stick with test, primobolan, hgh, and insulin (various), and igf1 lr3 throughout this 48 week offseason. Will be pulling the levers on these compounds pretty hard at various points

Comparing 22 and 23 stage and Current condition today.
Made a 12lbs jump in stage weight 22-23 would love to reproduce those results again this year.
