Floating around 220 lbs. or so. Talked to coach and increasing protein by 1/2 oz. per meal and adding 45g. extra fats per day. We’ll see what happens! Some random back shot from last night. Trying to work on learning to do a lat spread and spread my lats more. It definitely takes some practice!
