I always go for homemade pancakes, with real maple syrup, bacon and sunny side up eggs. Gotta have some fruit on the side as well… tangerines and blueberries are my favorite

Well Iv never been fat and even at 53 my body eats that shit food up and if anything I think it actually helps my metabolism lol my friends hate me for it.
