Do you use a regular blender or a Ninja Creami? I always say I'm going to switch to cleaner homemade ice cream but hasn't happened yet!

It’s a ninja but just a regular blender and a smaller size cup then a standard blender. Like the size of 1 good sized shake. May have to play with ratios to get it how you want it but usually use a teaspoon or a little less of the xanthan gum powder. It takes less ice than you’d think as the whole thing expands as its blending. Usually fill it less then half with ice cubes then egg whites and almond milk to the top of the ice or a little more

It also sounds like she's not sleeping enough and might have high cortisol levels, which can definitely impact physique / look.
Also 47 could be peri-menopause so blood work (including all sex hormones) would be smart (it always is, regardless of age).

Also she may have problem with here Leptin levels.

Agreed. All these drugs were invented in Europe. Other people may have overall general IQ, but certain people are blessed and dominate specially specifical intelligence in certain areas. Fact. Milos is great example. Doug Brignole another.
