Finally back rolling again and got my motivation back too.I thought to change my training,but I am just going to make adjustments to what I am already doing.A lot of warmups and fine tuning exercises tbh.But I got outta there yesterday in a hour and a half .so that’s better than 2 plus hours at the gym.Still doing post workout cardio too(20 min).I weighed 255 on the dot this am ,on a empty stomach.
