Does anybody here eat 100g + protein from powders? Any problems in the bathroom lol
Right on with that!I stopped using protein powders. Digestion and making me fill full all day, didn't wont to eat whole foods. I do use eaas and beef liver powder post.

Yes pasteurized. Something tells me you don’t know the difference between egg whites and pasteurized egg whites. You can literally drink them out time out the carton they have no flavor and the same viscosity as water.You mix protein powder and egg whites and drink it? That's fucking disgusting haha. More power to you I guess. I just use 50 grams of protein powder preworkout and intra-workout or do little one scoop every 2 hours half meals

Man this is the insight I'm looking for. Thank you!I mean if you're only getting 250g of protein in, realistically you can eat enough meat for that. A shake here and there isn't bad at all.
Currently im at around 420-450 complete protein sources (like Luki, not counting rice or oats or anything else) but that probably puts me north of 500g TOTAL. With that being said, i dont drink whey only shakes. My protein powder is a mix of whey, casein, beef isolate, and egg white. It's mimicking the digestion of real food. I also don't juuust drink protein powder. I add 1.5 scoops to 8oz of egg whites and drink that. Basically, even if im driniing a liquid, i want it to be as close to REAL FOOD as possible.
