We lived the same life then lol
I think the heaviest i got offseason (post shoulder surgery) was low 300s, something like that. Dropped to as low as 220 post college career then built myself up from there.

How much time in between?

The before was March 20, 2023 and I believe I was about 186lbs. The after was July 22, 2023 and i would think I was around 160lbs. I was like 21 days out from my first show. I’m 5’5 for reference.

This is just another comparison picture I thought I’d share! This is when I dieted down for the first time 08/23 compared to this morning 04/09/24.

Indeed, it sounds like we’re on the same page about the struggles of being a fat-lete lol

Heaviest I ever got off season was like 310, but super watery due to MK667. My in season playing weight was closer to 280ish especially mid season.

Lowest I ever dropped to post college career was 240, but that was for a quick minute. I’ve just been bouncing around between 250 and 280 for the last several years. Don’t have any real aspirations to compete I just love bodybuilding lol
