Wasn’t planning on taking pics this morning and ate a Costco muffin with two scoops of whey 20 minutes prior but had a few extra minutes before I needed to leave for the gym. I’m done with my 8 week mini blast 500 test 300 npp. I added around 10lbs. I didn’t push the food hard because I knew it would only be 8 weeks and I didn’t want to add any body fat. I’ve always felt like I’m a poor responder to gear but it’s cool to have every variable as far as training, diet and recovery so dialed in it’s clear what the added supplements are actually doing.
