Turning 40 in 3 days wanted to be in good shape for my vacation I think I’m ready

Wasn’t planning on taking pics this morning and ate a Costco muffin with two scoops of whey 20 minutes prior but had a few extra minutes before I needed to leave for the gym. I’m done with my 8 week mini blast 500 test 300 npp. I added around 10lbs. I didn’t push the food hard because I knew it would only be 8 weeks and I didn’t want to add any body fat. I’ve always felt like I’m a poor responder to gear but it’s cool to have every variable as far as training, diet and recovery so dialed in it’s clear what the added supplements are actually doing.

im a massive control freak and this way I can see exactly what it’ll look like before she takes it (the phone is next to my head so I can look at it). So I can move myself as needed to get it lined up how I want. Easier than asking her to move and check it and redo over and over
