You bring that quad sweep up (& hammer claves hard) and you’ll be tough to beat… seemingly great structure and flow. Legs look thick from the side

At 24 years old, sky is the limit. You are the real deal, especially if you haven’t really pressed the gas on the aas side of things.

Totally agree on the quads and calves, training both 2x a week insanely hard at the moment.


Dosages are nothing crazy (although I’ve had coaches try to push crazy things on me in part due to my shape probably being obviously quite good so they think I have potential) 750 test, 750 EQ 4-6 IU meditropes pretty much to get where I’m at. Excited to see what we can do this year!

Shooting for the absolute top of light heavies so 198! Classic is out of the question unfortunately

AJ and I are going to pick a few out likely at the end of next week. Late summer likely given how lean I’ve stayed. That gives me a few options in GA and will start there and see how we land.

Thanks, brother!! This is where I started around the end of 2022! It definitely felt like it was to the point where I needed to make some serious lifestyle changes or I was going to end up dead from a heart attack or stroke! Especially with a wife and two children who need me around! I hired a coach at the end of 2022 and never looked back!

Never posted photos, outside of the thread I created yesterday, I want to start contributing more so I might as well throw up some pics while I look reasonable.

Had a buddy get a infection lanced yesterday. Had to stay over night in hospital. This is just getting cleaned up to change his dressings a few minutes ago. Said they needed to keep it open to heal from the inside out and you can see a hole for a tube as well.
